Originally from Hot Springs, Dr. Johnson received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Arkansas in 2005. He spent the following year backpacking across New Zealand and Australia before attending the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, where he completed his doctorate in dental surgery in 2010 followed by a 3-year, full-time residency in advanced prosthodontics achieving his specialist certification in 2013.

Along with his certificate in prosthodontics, Dr. Johnson earned a Post-Doctoral Master’s degree in dental science by publishing research on emerging dental materials and digital dental technology. He has lectured nationally on the topics of computer-guided dental implant surgery and complex dental prosthetics. Dr. Johnson also remains active in education and academics by serving as adjunct professor within the University of Tennessee Advanced Prosthodontics program. He maintains dual board-certifications by both the National Board for Dental Laboratory Technology and the American Board of Prosthodontics.

As an ADA-accredited specialist in implant, esthetic, and reconstructive dentistry, Dr. Johnson is one of only two board-certified prosthodontists in the entire state of Arkansas. As such, he is committed to every aspect of quality dental care. His practice focuses on providing beautiful, long-lasting, comprehensive dental solutions for his patients’ many complex and individual needs. Dr. Johnson specializes in high-level restoration and replacement of teeth by merging the best of traditional methodology with modern-day computer science.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and daughter, Charlotte, as well as travelling, Razorback sports, and creative arts (especially pumpkin carving in October).

A native of Arkansas, Dr. Bolding began his educational training and developed his research interest at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he earned his B.S. in 1985. He then attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, where he further developed his passion for research, winning multiple research awards and earning his D.D.S. in 1989. After his dental training, he was accepted into the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program at Baylor University Medical Center, where, in addition to his Specialty Certification that he received in 1993, he continued his research and teaching interest; he also earned a Postdoctoral Masters in Craniofacial Biology at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, in 1992.

Dr. Bolding is a former Board Examiner and current diplomate of the Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is an internationally recognized leader and renowned educator in the area of orthognathic surgery (jaw reconstruction), temporomandibular (jaw joint) surgery, and dental implants. He has numerous publications and has dedicated his career to advancing the art and science of dentistry. In 2016, Dr. Bolding’s father began to develop Alzheimer’s disease and then, in 2017, his father had a debilitating stroke that the neurologist and neurosurgeons were convinced was most likely attributed to obstructive sleep apnea. As a result, Dr. Bolding has dedicated his career and talents as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to assisting in the efforts to find solutions to treat Sleep Disorder Breathing and Alzheimer’s.

Additionally, Dr. Bolding has been widely recognized as a healthcare and business visionary. He has consulted with hospitals, physicians, dentists, and many other medical/dental industry leaders for over 15 years on improving business processes to deliver higher quality healthcare to patients. His passion for quality healthcare is easily recognizable and remains one of his primary motivations as a frequent speaker on the value of improved business systems and technology in the healthcare industry.

Dr. Bolding and his wife, Dr. Taruna Bolding, live in Fayetteville and are the proud parents of Krystalyn, Deven, Ryan, and Neal; they’re also delighted grandparents to Clara, Arden, and Colt. They enjoy spending time with family, flying, travelling, boating, and golfing.

Diagnosis of oral mucosal disorders and anomalies of the jaws via clinical examination, histopathologic interpretation of biopsy specimens, and radiographic analysis when indicated. Services also include non-surgical management of diseases of the mouth.

An Arkansas native, Dr. Whitaker was raised in Fort Smith and matriculated with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Arkansas in 1985.

He obtained his dental degree from the University of Missouri (KC) and subsequently completed two dental specialty programs, both in Georgia. In 1992, he completed a three-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at the Emory School of Medicine in Atlanta. After a brief career in full-time academia, he received his Endodontic Specialty Certification at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta.

Dr. Whitaker has served as president of the Northwest District Dental Society, Arkansas Association of Endodontists, and Academy of Interdisciplinary Dentofacial Therapy. He has also had the opportunity to direct the Arkansas Department of Health’s Office of Oral Health and sit on the American Dental Association’s Council on Scientific Affairs. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, fellow of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists, and member of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. In addition, Dr. Whitaker is a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Academy of Dentistry International, American College of Dentists, and International College of Dentists.

Teaching remains a strong interest both in and outside of formal education and Dr. Whitaker maintains an academic appointment with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Dr. Whitaker and his wife, Carol, live in Fayetteville; they have three daughters. Emily is a resident physician in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Madeline is the Communications Coordinator at Hope Cancer Resources, and Amelia is completing a second major at the University of Arkansas.
